In a bid to showcase Ahmedabad as a global investment destination, the Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) is planning to stage a property show in the Middle East.
The move by city builders’ forum to promote deals in built-up area is also part of wooing affluent NRG customers towards Ahmedabad realty, said a GIHED source. Confirming the development, GIHED president Suresh Patel said that apart from the property show in the Middle East, the forum is also serious about organising the realty exhibition in Mumbai every year.
