15th September ‘08, the day Lehman Brothers filed for the bankruptcy. One word I read and heard everywhere was – “RECESSION”
Job cuts, salary cuts, companies filing for bankruptcy, factories closing, companies holding on their expansion plans. The whole economy came to standstill. All sectors were affected and Real Estate was one of the worst affected sector.

But now scenario seems to be changing thanks to Stable Government, affordable housing, favorable interest rates, job opportunities, hiring. I saw many builders in Ahmedabad started launching new schemes. I also observed exponential increase of visits in our site “www.ahmedabadhousing.com”. I believe many new schemes will be launched in the coming days as festival of Navratri, Dussera and Diwali are just few days from now. I also believe many NRI’s will be coming to “Apnu Amdavad” during Navratri and definitely many of them will be interested in Real Estate investment in Ahmedabad.
